This enchanting home is ready to welcome you, and your family! You will appreciate the natural lighting throughout the home, offering phenomenal vistas of the canal from the sizable windows through-out the home. This comfortable home offers an open concept living room / dining room / kitchen area huge enough for the family to gather for game nighttime, family meals, or calming on the comfortable furnishings watching your favorite movie. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a home cooked meal to savor with your entire family. The front porch is enormous enough for rewinding from the busy day at the beach playing and breathing in the fresh salty air with your favorite drink in your hand. You will enjoy the backyard with ample seating, a private putting green,
elegant vistas, and your very own private pool. Rinsing off the salty ocean water will be a breeze with the convenient enclosed outdoor shower.

Accommodating up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. Bedroom #1 offers a street view with a twin / full bunk bed, with a trundle bed and ceiling fan, sharing a hall shower / tub combo bathroom. Bedroom #2 is a street view bedroom with a queen bed and ceiling fan, sharing a hall bathroom shower / tub combo with bedroom #1. Bedroom #3 offers a canal view with a queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan, this bedroom has its very own enchanting private double vanity bathroom.

Unwind in the handsome backyard after a fun day at the beach watching the aquatic life enjoy the canal, or float around in the pool making lasting memories with your friends, and family.

Pet Friendly: $250 Non-returnable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed included that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. Additional Fees will apply for more than one dog. Guests must crate family pets when they are left in the home unattended.

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. This home does not offer pool heat. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach.
