Oceanfront condo located on the ground level, and has a ocean view. This is ideal for families or really anyone that care to have a ground level patio entrance. There is no need to wait for elevators and it also provides a great lawn for games and calming.

The photos will show the owner's personal touches in making a comfortable and relaxing beach get away.

There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can sleep six people. There is a queen sleeper couch in the living area and two twin bunk beds in the hallway. The bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The condo has impressive and private WiFi and the cable service has a full package of entertainment options.

Full housekeeping and maid service is supplied in your rental price. When departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage removed to the onsite dumpster.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. With sailing and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

  • Summer is the most expensive season in the Southport area. To find the best value, change your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic.
