Hall Bathroom: Full Bath with walk in shower.

Master Bedroom: King bed, TV, attached bath with walk-in shower.


Parking for 2 cars: 2 cars with 2 parking passes. This condo complex does have tandem parking. Therefore, these spaces are located one in front of the other, which means that the person in the back has to move their car if the person in the front space wants to pull out. You must provide your cell phone number on your parking pass and move your car if requested by another guest.

Arrival/Departure:

Keyed entry. You will need to stop by the office for check-in.

Check-In: 4:00.

Check-Out: 10:00AM.

You may call our office to see if an early check-in/late check-out is available. Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $25 per hour.

Items to Bring:

Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies and beach towels/items.

Things to Do:

Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the close by lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day, or appreciate a calming day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up early to watch the impressive sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round! Registered Guests Must Be 25 Years of Age. Family groups only. No sororities, fraternities, prom groups, etc. You will be asked to vacate immediately if you misrepresent yourself or others in your group. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is STRICTLY enforced. Exceeding the stated occupancy will result in rental termination. NO refund will be given if you are asked to vacate the premises.

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, sailing, and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

When to reserve a Southport rental & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Carolina Beach. To book the best vacation home within your budget, we suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection.   • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
