Amazing vistas from this beach home. Highly charming Ocean Front location. Rocking chair front porch. House is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Includes 2 king beds and 2 twin. Free WIFI. Property listed is the top floor suite. This home has a professionally landscaped yard and parking. We are blocks from the Boardwalk which features many stores and eateries. Just blocks from the home is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat units. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grille. All beds and furnishings are brand new. We provide all linens. The kitchen is entirely supplied with all pots, pans, cups, and silverware needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. This home is kept very clean and can be a ideal vacation.

We have had numerous problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Kids and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a max of 6 people.

When to book & When to go:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in Carolina Beach. To find the best value, shift your vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition.
