Conveniently located at the end of the street for plenty of relaxing relaxation, it also features being only a short 5-min. walk to public beach access. After appreciating a day of fun in the sun at the beach or just calming by the pool-you can utilize the entirely furnished kitchen to prepare a delightful meal, or revel in Holden Beach’s best eateries just a short distance from our home. During the Sunday nights of summer, you can cap your evening off with a short walk to the marina to appreciate live music at the pavilion.
The home is designed for the ideal family beach vacation focusing on luxury and comfort. There are 5 bedrooms on multiple floors, with 3 of the 5 bedrooms offering private, en suite bathrooms. All 5 bedrooms are equipped with TVs.
The ground level has a roomy queen bedroom with a private bath. The charming master bedroom is located on the 2nd level and sports a private bath with hottub tub, a separate shower, and direct access to a deck. The third level supports 3 bedrooms: 1 queen with a private bathroom, 1 queen with a private deck, and 1 queen with 2 sets of bunk beds.
For additional security, external cameras are installed above both ground floor entry doors, as well as overlooking the pool entry gate from under the carport.
