  • Re-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
