3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome conveniently located on the Wrightsville Ave. corridor. This freshly constructed townhome offers a master bedroom that opens up onto the front balcony, a second front bedroom also opens up to the front balacony. The back bedroom overlooks the back deck. Each bedroom also contains a comfortable seating area.
The living space is furnished with a 55 inch Intelligent TV & plenty of comfortable seating. The open kitchen is completely equipped and has all of the neccessary items for your convenience.
New Washer & Dryer in unit, garage and driveway parking, additional guest parking, plus a Firepit with Adirondack Chairs & Grills.

Sea Cottage is in a prime location , close enough to all that Wilmington has to offer also about 9 mins. to Wrightsville Beach, take in the beauty of the world class waves, swim in the crystal clear waters or perhaps kayak in the marshes. We are also located about 2 Minutes to UNCW, 10 mins. to Historical Downtown Wilmington , where you can savor the Wilmington Riverwalk and walk along the cape fear river in the heart of downtown at the very edge of the Cape Fear River. Home to many local eateries and pubs well as a myriad of stores.
