This amazingly maintained Beach Home, is going into its fourth season on the market as a vacation rental. Our home has a huge living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a one half bathroom.

The home is located on the west end of Holden Beach, on a modest dead end road, which is steps away from the beach. Enter our home up from the front steps and you will walk into the main Living, Dining, and Kitchen areas. Off the main living space is the Primary bedroom with a King bed and full bath; there is also a half bathroom and laundry room on same floor.

On the second floor are two bedrooms. First bedroom has a Bunk bed and a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, both areas are split with a Jack and Jill full bathroom. Both bedrooms have doors to exit onto the upper deck.

The backyard has a golf course, a 13x 26 pool, lounge area and grille. We hope you and your family will savor our home as much as we do.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun are also worth visiting.

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in the Southport area. To get the most suitable rental within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.

Trip insurance, which generally will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on great reviews to drive more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review find their best vacation home. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
