Located right on the 1st fairway, you’ll appreciate the peaceful vistas of the green and the wrap-around porch, ideal for calming, sipping coffee, or sharing meals together. The screened-in section offers a peaceful spot to relax after a day of exploring.

Inside, the home is bright and inviting, with plenty of room to spread out. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it’s great for families or groups. But the real highlight is the upstairs King bedroom, which includes a additional room with two twin beds—an ideal private getaway for kids, teens, or anyone who wants their own cozy space. This added room can be a game zone, reading nook, or simply a calming hideaway.

Additionally, the Bald Head Island ferry system is independently operated and not affiliated with BHI Vacations. To ensure a smooth arrival and departure, we encourage guests to book ferry and tram reservations well in advance.

Located in Bald Head Island, this vacation home is next to a golf course. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Caswell Beach. Getting the best rental home value:

  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.

  • Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
