For a favorite cup of coffee, stop at Port City Java or Starbucks. If shopping is of interest, Southport has some amazing ones! Favorites include "Lantana's", "The Christmas House"(open year round), "Ocean Outfitters", "Cattail Cottage" and "Bullfrog Corner"(toy and candy store that kids appreciate!). If Fishing is your sport, consider a day of Inland Waterway Fishing or Deep Sea Fishing - Southport hosts the King Mackerel Tournament every Fall! We give this home we constructed the same personal attention! A starter supply of household goods is supplied so you don't have to run to the grocery as soon as you arrive. All linens are supplied with all weekly units. Beach towels are included for all length stays. If spending time the first day of vacation making beds isn't appealing to you, we will be happy to make all the beds (modest fee may apply). Our local, dedicated private housekeeper and maintenance crew who have worked with us for over 15 years are available assuring prompt attention should the need arise. We allow a three nighttime minimum so come enjoy just a weekend hideaway (off season only). We do it all while keeping our prices very competitive, often less because we aren't paying the high management costs!
