About this space:
Take a break and relax at this relaxing getaway.
This is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo, located on the second floor.

This condo has been used as a second home and has never been rented before. Owner is looking for a long term renter (30 day minimum and up to 6 months)

** This condo HOA rules do not allow short term stays. There is a minimum of a 30 day stay.
The space
This condo is actually a 2 bedroom condo, however one of the rooms will be locked and act as an owners closet for their personal things. The 2nd room that will be locked and not used is off from the hallway and does not have an attached bathroom- so it should not be an inconvenience to have that door stay closed/ locked.

There are 2 bathrooms. One connected to the master bedroom and one off from the hallway.

* Again this is a second home for someone, but personal items will be boxed up and left in the 2nd bedroom (which will stay locked).

This OCEANFRONT building does not allow short term units, so is a peaceful and calming building to stay in for a long beach visit.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach, while Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights.
