This is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo, located on the second floor.

This condo has been used as a second home and has never been rented before. Owner is looking for a long term renter (30 day minimum and up to 6 months)

** This condo HOA rules do not allow short term stays. There is a minimum of a 30 day stay.
The space
This condo is actually a 2 bedroom condo, however one of the rooms will be locked and act as an owners closet for their personal things. The 2nd room that will be locked and not used is off from the hallway and does not have an attached bathroom- so it should not be an inconvenience to have that door stay closed/ locked.

There are 2 bathrooms. One connected to the master bedroom and one off from the hallway.

* Again this is a second home for someone, but personal items will be boxed up and left in the 2nd bedroom (which will stay locked).

This OCEANFRONT building does not allow short term units, so is a peaceful and calming building to stay in for a long beach visit.

  • Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
