Feel a freshly refreshed bungalow designed with surfers in mind. Queen in the Bedroom with a sleeper Couch in the main area! The 500 square foot space sports vaulted ceilings with a bright kitchen with natural light streaming in from the skylight. A uniquely crafted bathroom constructed with your post beach experience in mind, wash the day away and relax in the soaking tub after a hot day in the sun. Take time to enjoy the deck with an outdoor shower too! Sip margaritas on the porch in the evening. Walk to the boardwalk or one of the locally owned eateries within mins..

The space has everything you need from a margarita glasses to beach toys for your little ones. We provide towels and linens as well so no need to bring your own - there are also condiments and other cooking necessities in the completely supplied kitchen. Life is stressful enough, you don't need to worry about your trip. Just come here and we have you covered.

Enjoy a private whole space with access to your own private deck with a shared front yard.

We do provide linens at no cost which isn't common at the beach but we are happy to do it. We have the place sprayed for bugs every other month but it is out of our control when guests leave the doors open or let critters in. Please remember that you are at the beach so it's impossible to 100% avoid bugs.

Carolina Beach is home to this cottage. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting.

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in the Southport area. To get the largest rental within your budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Southport attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a fantastic time? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
