Located on the waterfront, this condo is in Shell Island, a neighborhood in Wrightsville Beach. Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Mayfaire Town Center and The Cotton Exchange. South End Surf Shop and New Hanover County Arboretum are also worth visiting.
