May Day 103 is Located on the first floor, one level up from the street. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean vistas overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Totally equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. About the Area

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this condo is on the beach. Bellamy Mansion Museum and Burgwin-Wright House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wrightsville SUP and Children's Museum of Wilmington. Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting. Sailing and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.

When to book a Southport rental & When to go:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to make sure you've collected everything. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
