There is a covered porch overlooking the ocean with benches and rocking chairs. In addition to a sundeck there are simple to climb steps with landing, down to the beach. Grand enclosed outside shower/dressing area with hot/cold water, outside shower and ample parking. Ocean Isle fishing Pier is 6/10 mile down the beach!

Walk to Town Center Park ! Kids's playground area with swings, sliding, hobby horse, jungle gym, interactive fountain, bocce court, hi-top tables w/chairs, bathrooms, benches, bicycle racks, Museum of Coastal Carolina and 300 seat amphitheater & Green space. Ferry Landing Park on Shallotte Boulevard at the East of Island, with waterway vistas & fishing. Zip lining & swamp adventures on Shallotte River features longest zip line course on our coast and swamp boat tours.
Ocean Isle is within 15 miles of 30 or more golf courses and tons of great eateries. Only 15 mins. from the Seafood Capital of the World - (Calabash, North Carolina) and 2 miles from our local airport! Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time 10 am.

The Ocean View was constructed in 1965 and approved by local building standards and codes.

House name: "Ocean View" There are no roads, power lines or other properties between the home and beach. The Ocean View is oceanfront!

• Summertime is the most expensive season in Ocean Isle Beach. Booking in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
• Booking websites usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
