There is a newly stained covered porch overlooking the ocean with benches and rocking chairs. Freshly stained porch with bench on street side. In addition to a sundeck, there are simple to climb steps with landing, down to the beach. Grand enclosed outside shower/dressing area with hot/cold water, outside shower and ample parking. Ocean Isle fishing Pier is 6/10 mile down the beach!

Ocean Isle is within 15 miles of 30 or more golf courses and tons of great eateries. Only 15 mins. from the Seafood Capital of the World - (Calabash, North Carolina) and 2 miles from our local airport! Check-in time is 3 pm (or earlier if possible?) and check-out time 10 am.

The Ocean View was constructed in 1965 and approved by local building standards and codes.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on good feedback to stimulate new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
