Guests can appreciate private beach access over the dunes and a handsome heated saltwater pool exclusive to the two units of the duplex. Pool area, huge back yard, beach access with outside shower are shared by the guests in the two units of the duplex.

The owners use the property 'Our Place in the Sun' throughout the year so it is modren with all the amenities of home. In an effort to keep our home in top shape for all of our guests, we require a 4 day minimum stay in the off-season and a Sunday to Sunday 7-day stay in the summer.

Front and rear balconies provide water vistas from 4 of the 5 bedrooms with ocean vistas available from the 2 king rooms and waterway vistas from the 2 queen rooms. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the table and 2 bars provide seating for up to 14 with additional table seating for 4 on the oceanfront porch. Flat screen TVs are in every bedroom. This property is ideal for families getting together for a reunion, holding effortlessly up to 14 people. Bedroom 1 is on the 3rd floor and features a king bed, enormous bathroom with jetted tub and granite shower, chair with pull-out twin, sizable oceanfront balcony with swing. Bedroom 2 is located on the 3rd floor and has a queen bed, huge bathroom, and handsome waterway vistas. Bedroom 3 is located oceanfront on the 1st floor with a king bed and seating available on the oceanside porch. Bedroom 4 is on the 1st floor waterway side and has a queen bed. It shares a full bath with Bedroom 5 which has a twin over twin set of bunk beds and a twin trundle. The living floor (located on the middle floor) has a L-shaped couch with a pull out queen sleeper where one kid can sleep comfortably on the L while two sleep in the pull-out bed.

Exclusive to this unit are a private, outdoor hot & cold shower, a top of the line gas grille, a paddleboard, multiple body boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a beach cart, sand toys and pool floats.

During your stay you will receive a welcome bag from the owners with paper towels, napkins, laundry pods, drier sheets, dishwasher pods and other goodies to make your stay more delightful.

Wireless internet is available throughout the unit. Each bedroom and the main living room boast flat screen TVs with premium cable packages. There are multiple dvds available for both kids and adults. There is also a CD player with bluetooth capability and multiple CDs.
