Smith-Sun-Ian is a striking oceanfront home boasting a huge sundeck, ideal for calming and taking in the elegant view of the Atlantic Ocean. Walk directly from the deck to the beach via your private beach boardwalk! Whip up favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with a three-seat center island. Then serve meals at the table for four. Watch TV shows or savor a movie nighttime in the open living room. A additional sitting room, as well as a third bathroom, are located on the lower level (there are no interior stairs connecting the levels). Extra perks include central heating and air conditioning, TVs in all the bedrooms, and a washer/dryer.
