This oceanfront home sits on ¾ of an acre with direct beach access, a huge grassy yard (with charcoal grille) that gives way to some of the most pretty dunes on the island. Under the home there are two outdoor showers, plenty of parking (4+ cars), and beach toys for your enjoyment.

We are animal lovers and allow up to two mature dogs in our home on a case by case basis but are committed to keeping our home in superb condition for all our guests. Please let us know if you are interested in bringing your pet. We require a signed pet addendum and a $200 pet fee.

• June, July, and August are high season in Sunset Beach. Booking in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
• In the Southport area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property management companies usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection.
