This delightful condo has a fantastic view of the ocean and the pool. It's a cavernous one-bedroom with a king bed, a top-floor unit for up to six guests. The pool is giant (closes October 1) and has a gated grass area with a bbq and private beach access. Linens are supplied! There is ample parking, and it's close to the eateries and nightlife! You will appreciate this top-floor oceanfront unit!

Interaction with guests:
Since we travel all the time, we use a fantastic management company that has been in the tourism industry for many years. They will be able to answer any questions and take care of any issues 24 hrs a day. Please savor this home as if it were yours.

I will supply you with an electronic code before you arrive. This will allow you to enter the front door. An owner's storage downstairs has some of my things inside. Feel complimentary to use that for your beach stuff.

About the Area

Located in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to book a Southport rental home & When to go:

  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. Booking in Spring or Fall is a good way to save on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites typically offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.   • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to drive future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
