Savor sweeping expansive vistas from the living room, master bedroom and deck of this top 3rd floor corner Condo directly on the ocean. Swim, catch waves, or build sandcastles below your bedroom or dine on your deck overlooking the ocean. Master Bedroom has Queen bed with private bathroom and opens onto deck; second bedroom has Twin Beds with modest ocean view and bathroom, and the couch in the the living room has a pull-out queen bed.

Totally equipped kitchen with amenities, dishwasher, and modest twin washer/dryer. Modest, Kiddy/Spa Pool downstairs. Superb location walking distance to the Carolina Beach Lake and the Boardwalk. Walk 3 mins. to Boardwalk for ice cream, hot dogs, and swings or walk to the Amusement Park, Marina, Eateries, Markets, and Stores. Jog, bicycle or paddleboat on the Lake across the street. In season, watch fireworks from the deck or attend outdoor movies by the lake. Aquarium, Fishing Pier, Historic Ft. Fisher and Ferry to Southport are a short drive away. A fifteen min. drive to concerts, eateries, and shopping in Wilmington.

Parking: Parking is unassigned for 2 cars No Over-Sized Vehicles. Ask Reservationist for details) No Boats, Trailers, Campers, etc. allowed. There are bays under the building where you will be able to park. You may be required to block someone in or vice versa. Everyone is required to display a pass with their contact information and the unit they are staying in, in the instance this happens so you are able to communicate. No Golf Carts are allowed.
