Peace & Quiet has central heat and air-conditioning, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, an ice maker in the refrigerator, CCTVs, DVD player, wireless internet access, and phone. Appreciate the vistas from the two covered oceanfront porches and bask in the sun on the sundeck. Other amenities include two outdoor showers (one enclosed with hot and cold water), parking underneath the home, and a private walkway to the beach.

When to visit & When to reserve a rental home:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in Holden Beach. Booking in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties.
  • Some property managers offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to add vacation insurance.
