Recently modernized in 2020! Upgrades include: impressive bespoke constructed sizable kitchen with eat in bar, huge back deck with partially fenced in backyard, new beds, couches, enormous bathroom vanities and wood floors. Take a 1 min. walk to the Intracoastal Waterway or a .6 mile drive to access the beach. Our home is dog and family friendly and conveniently located close to stores, grocery stores, eateries and family activities.

We strive to offer you a home away from home, complete with all your vacation essentials. Almost everything in the home is brand new and is kept extremely clean and tidy for our guests. We have huge windows across the front of the home, letting in plenty of natural light throughout the day. Our refreshed space gives you a comfortable and cozy place to rest after a long day of calming at the beach.

Check in is at 1 pm and the code to unlock the door will be supplied once home is available. Check out is at 9 am.

We are local to the area and can offer a fast response if you need any assistance during your stay. We have a dedicated professional contact for any emergency/cleaning or handyman needs. Please use contact supplied for immediate assistance during your stay.

Pillows, bed topper and linens for the air bed is kept in closet to be used as needed for guests. Although it is brand new, we suggest using bed topper to make sleeping more cozy.

When sending a booking request please notify me if you are bringing dog(s). There will be an additional deep cleaning fee if any evidence of a cat on property is found.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Caswell Beach and Bay Beach reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Magic Mountain Fun Park are also worth visiting.

  • In the Southport area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.

  • Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to compel new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
