Completed in summer of 2024, this freshly constructed home features luxury finishes and charming amenities such as a private pool and elevator. Finest of all, the whole family is welcome, as up to two dogs are allowed per stay.

Gather in the open concept living space on the third floor, where a fireplace provides a warm glow during the off-season months. The modern kitchen features plenty of counter and storage space, and is entirely supplied with everything you need to prepare newly caught local seafood, whether hooked yourself from the close by Ocean Crest Fishing pier or purchased from one of many striking local eateries and markets.

While two bedrooms are located on the top floor, most of the sleeping quarters are located on the lower two floors. Each bedroom on the first floor features its own private full bathroom, and you'll also find access to the pool deck on this level through a modest lounge complete with a wet bar and drink refrigerator. Cool down with a fast dip whenever the mood hits without battling the waves or watching for marine life!
