Located just over half a mile from the iconic Oak Island Lighthouse, this elegant home features a reverse floorplan and exceptional vistas of the dunes and the Atlantic Ocean beyond, plus beautiful amenities such as a private elevator and a pool table.

The open concept living area is flooded with natural light and features cathedral ceilings. Gleaming hardwoods, sandy neutrals and pops of fun color and nautical décor complete the beachy feel. Gather together across from the enormous flatscreen TV to share a favorite movie or watch the big game. The sturdy round dining table is set for six, with additional folding chairs in the closet and an additional four seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. The modern kitchen provides plenty of counter space for meal preparation including a center island and stainless-steel appliances. A half bathroom is located off this space for convenience.

You’ll also find the primary bedroom suite on this level. Furnished with a king bed, you’ll wake up to the waves each morning thanks to direct deck access. This space also features closet space and a private en suite bathroom, with his and her sinks and a step in shower.
