The dining table overlooks the screened porch and the dazzling crystal blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. An ocean front infinity pool and hot tub are located off the screened porch. Spend days relaxing pool side in the sun and evenings grilling out on the deck, soaking in the hot tub, and appreciating the constructed in firepit.

The comfortable gas fireplace makes a marvelous focal point for the living room and is adorned with a coastal blend of shells and driftwood mantel. Spend evenings relaxing indoors with a cozy fire crackling in the background as you watch the waves roll in. The second guest room is outfitted with a queen bed, TV, private sitting deck that is located in the palms, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and bespoke herringbone tile work. The third guest bedroom on the main living level of this home features a queen bed, enormous flat screen TV, private sitting balcony, and on suite bathroom.
