This 6-bedroom (3K,3Q), 6-bath oceanfront home features an inverted floor plan with marvelous vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. Come ready to relax in the private oceanside swimming pool (open from Easter - October) and year-round hot tub. Additional amenities include wireless high-speed internet, flat-screen TVs in all of the bedrooms (including a 39" LED in the primary and a 50" LED in the family area), and a convenient three-floor elevator. The chef in your family will appreciate the gorgeously appointed kitchen with a wine cooler and an outside gas grille. A infant gate and an IKEA high chair are available for the kiddos. No roll-away beds are allowed in this home.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

In order to properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a min. of surf and sand!

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a modest delivery fee may apply. Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. Booking in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Owners sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection.
