Whether you’re on vacation or business, we'd like to extend a warm southern welcome. We have a huge, separate but attached private studio with private code entrance, private bathroom with a modest shower, king bed, and bunk bed (single & double beds). This is a centrally located (north Wilm) attached mother-in-law suite in a peaceful, safe residential neighborhood 10 mins. from Wrightsville Beach, UNCW, downtown Wilmington, Mayfaire shopping center, movie studio and airport.

Included are a mini-refrigerator, microwave, electric skillet, coffee maker and coffee bean grinder, wifi, and T.V. with Disney +, Max, and Netflix. We have a play kitchen for kids and games for everybody.

This studio is self-sufficient so access is to your suite only. There's a patio just outside for smoking. Your rooms are private from the home.

  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected everything. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a fantastic stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
