Whether you’re on vacation or business, we'd like to extend a warm southern welcome. We have a huge, separate but attached private studio with private code entrance, private bathroom with a modest shower, king bed, and bunk bed (single & double beds). This is a centrally located (north Wilm) attached mother-in-law suite in a peaceful, safe residential neighborhood 10 mins. from Wrightsville Beach, UNCW, downtown Wilmington, Mayfaire shopping center, movie studio and airport.

Included are a mini-refrigerator, microwave, electric skillet, coffee maker and coffee bean grinder, wifi, and TV with Disney +, Max, and Netflix. We have a play kitchen for kids and games for everybody.

This studio is self-sufficient so access is to your suite only. There's a patio just outside for smoking. Your rooms are private from the home.

• June, July, and August are high season in Wilmington. To get the best value, shift your family's Southport vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. • Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
