Units includes one queen bed, microwave, mini refrigerator, RoKu TV, Keurig coffee maker, all linens (not beach towels) and private bathroom-Note** Not all units look the same!! Guests have access to 2 pools on the property and a calming patio, BBQ grille and outdoor games. The beach and boardwalk are about 2 blocks away-just a short walk! Eateries are within walking distance along with local stores and must see attractions. Animals are not allowed in these rooms!

When to reserve a Southport rental & When to go:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes.
• In the Southport area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
• Property managers often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.

• Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
• Did your family have a terrific stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise.
