You will be located into a one-way street close to the Carolina Beach Farmer’s Market, Carolina Lake, and Veggie Wagon. Savor raucous family time or peaceful privacy undisturbed in your covered porch with a private sunken hot tub, and a private boardwalk to the beach. This quintessential floorplan features a great room with four corner bedrooms and two jack n' jill bathrooms. Make your vacation simple, homey, comfortable, and directly focused on the beach. Feel complimentary to bring Grandparents, or recuperate from surgery here at the ocean: our front porch has a lift elevator! Take an painless walk down the beach to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Appreciate the front-seat view of weekly fireworks from our raised benches in the dunes. If you are staying in, prepare in our completely equipped kitchen. Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy:
Dogs Only Accepted. First Dog supplied. Subsequent dogs will incur an additional fee. 

 This property is pet friendly, but the Town of Carolina Beach pet rules must be followed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Located in Carolina Beach, this cottage is on the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to book a Southport rental & When to go:

• June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. To find the best rental within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
