This enchanting home is located on a side street, off the beaten path, with vistas of both the ocean and the golf course. Recently remodeled with a redesigned kitchen, new bathrooms and handsome new floors.
The cavernous master suite has a king bed and adjoining bathroom. A second master upstairs has a king bed and a gorgeous view of the 9th fairway. From the attached covered porch you can see past Swan Quarter to the ocean in the distance.
The third bedroom, considered the kids room, contains a pair of bunk beds. The additional room is a combination office suite by day and a bedroom by nighttime with a pullout bed that doubles as a couch. For those who can't leave work at home, there's a desk and work area. The outside has it all - screened porch, covered porch and open deck for sunbathing.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To book the most suitable rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
