All guests must sign an Affordable Generous Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Enormous Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Substantial Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
• Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
