One of the best homes Wrightsville Beach has to offer! Our home is one of only a few oceanfront homes in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. There are impressive vistas from two full-length decks, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a rare private yard. The main area of town is about a 15 min. walk or 5 min. bicycle ride away. The combination of amazing ocean vistas, peaceful neighborhood, and proximity to town are hard to beat. We look forward to welcoming you to our Wrightsville Beach home!

We are currently renting this home out for the months of June, July, and August. We only allow check-in/out on Saturdays for stays in 7-day increments. We sometimes have flexibility at the beginning/end of summer or on short notice. Please contact us if you have any questions.

About the Area

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Wrightsville Beach Museum of History and Cameron Art Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding. South End Surf Shop and New Hanover County Arboretum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Finding the best rental value:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in the Southport area. To get the best vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
