Savor our new 26 foot floating dock that accommodates enormous and modest size boating vessels and watercraft. The home offers a great space for outdoor relaxing and entertaining, including 2 handsome covered porches with plenty of deck chairs for family and friends. The roomy backyard on the waterway is a great place for kids to play, and offers a BBQ grille, picnic table, new Polywood outdoor furnishings, and an upsized deck overlooking the canal. Convenient hot and cold outside shower with dressing area at ground level.

Inside you will find an open floor plan that includes high ceilings and 3 sizable sliding glass doors that capture the alluring vistas of canal living. The newly updated kitchen overlooks the canal and is entirely outfitted for meal preparations. Just off the kitchen is an outdoor covered porch that is ideal for outdoor dining.
