Summer Place community located 1/2 mile from the center of the island and all activities. (Eateries, Mini Golf, Pier, Ice Creamery, shopping, Marina and etc.)
Ocean Ridge Plantation golf course is just ten mins. away.
The community pool is located at the entrance of Summer Place, right across from a public access to the Beach. Just a short walk to the Beach from the home.
This is a very open, airy, beach home decorated in the ocean colors with a enormous, 1/2 covered front porch. The kitchen and family room have been newly remodeled with wood floors, granite counter tops, new appliances and new furnishings. The home has two flat screen Intelligent TV's with YouTube Streaming Included. The den area is open to the upstairs with a high ceiling and a 65” Intelligent TV with You Tube Streaming. Secure WIFI supplied. All bedrooms and bathrooms were completely modernized for the 2022 rental season with new wood floors, huge tile showers, vanities with quartz counter tops and new washer and dryer. There are a total of four bedrooms (1 bedroom has Intelligent TV with YouTube Streaming and 1 bedroom has a desk with intelligent TV/monitor and HDMI cable for remote working) and three full bathrooms with showers and an outdoor shower. Unwind and hear the ocean from the deck while you watch kids play.

All bedroom bed are encased in bed protectors. All pillows are encased in pillow protectors. Renters must provide their own bed and bathroom linens/towels.

This home is available to families, headed by adults at least 25 years of age. It is not available for fraternity, sorority, or getaway groups. Overcrowding and home events are not allowed. We have a strict No Animals and No Smoking policy.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

Get the most from your rental home budget:
- The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
- Summer months are high season in the Southport area. To find the best value, consider changing your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer excellent weather, , and greatly reduced traffic.
- Some property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. - If your group is vacationing with pets, filter your search for a pet-friendly rental. Request information on breed, size, and type requirements. Some property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.
- Visiting for a single event or attraction? If so, use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. .
Some things to know before you go:
- Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the instructions to your phone.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent lots of concerns.
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are away, just like you would at home.
- To ensure that damages are not linked to your stay, record any problem areas upon your arrival. Contact the rental manager immediately to report any issues. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Respect the neighborhood. Often times, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to compel new bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
