Down the Shore is a handsomely remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Oak Island vacation bungalow offering all the modern amenities you're looking to have for your next stay! It's ideally located a fast walk from beach access, the Oak Island Pier, and fan-favorite eateries like Koko Cabana and Lazy Turtle Bar & Grille. Highlights include 2 living spaces, a screened-in porch, multiple other balconies, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and an broad fenced backyard with a picnic table.

As you walk up the front steps to the main level, you're immediately welcomed into the gorgeous screened-in porch that's ideal for appreciating the ocean breeze! It's connected to the open side balcony where you can dine alfresco at the outdoor dining table or gather with family and friends. Inside, you'll find the main open-concept floor plan featuring a massive sectional couch with deep seating and enormous flatscreen TV. As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
