The fun doesn’t stop in the kitchen! Bright countertops and vibrant colors create a joyful ambiance. This impressive kitchen has everything you need to make a amazing home cooked meal and is sure to put a smile on your face. After dinner, step outside and savor a glass of wine with the waves crashing in the background. The guest room is furnished with a pyramid style bunk bed that features a full-sized bed over a queen bed. Kids will appreciate the neat constructed-in staircase and adults will enjoy the stair storage as it maximizes the space. There is a full bathroom just outside the guest room that is useful to visitors and occupants of the guest room. The primary suite has a king bed that positions you so that you wake up with broad ocean vistas each morning. What more could you ask for!

The Station One complex requires all cars to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W143 – Robinson” as a vacation rental.

Sticking to your budget:

  • The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.

  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.
