Elegant ground level fairway villa overlooking Oyster Bay Golf Links - This condo has been completely remodeled in 2023 and features two bedrooms and two full baths with 2 queen beds (master bedroom) & 2 queen beds (2nd bedroom). The common area of the condo has an open floor plan with kitchen/dining and living room areas and access to the patio through sliding doors in the living room. There is a sizable intelligent T.V. in the living room area for entertainment value throughout the common areas. The condo has central heat & air and ceiling fans for comfort throughout. The kitchen features new cabinetry, countertops and raised bar for additional seating. It is entirely equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range Both bedrooms have private baths and flat panel intelligent T.V.s. Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and by the sea. Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cherry Grove Pier and Oyster Bay Golf Club. Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including birdwatching.

When to visit & When to reserve a Sunset Beach rental home:

  • To get the best rental for your budget, we recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Southport restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Some owners offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
