Summary:
This beachfront cavernous duplex is located 3 blocks from the boardwalk and walking distance to the marina. This home features 3 enormous bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, wood floors, bespoke tiled baths/showers, and a master Jacuzzi. The ocean facing living area provides gorgeous vistas and plenty of space to comfortably host all of your guests. Additionally, for your convenience, there is an elevator and a private beach access.

The Neighborhood:
Ocean front duplex with shared private beach access with other unit. Close to everything, yet in a residential area that is mix of full time residents and visitors.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condo for 3 cars in tandem

-Walk, bicycle, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bicycle and golf cart units are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

Carolina Beach is home to this condo. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

  • Some owners offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.
