WELCOME to Historic Ebert-Artis Cottage!

We hope you have a great stay in Wilmington's Spectacular Historic District! The Ebert-Artis House is a modernized downtown home with modern amenities all while maintaining its historic appeal. This property features a stately front porch, charming modern kitchen, handsome wood floors, fenced in rear yard, and off street parking! The upstairs features two guest bedrooms, a full guest bathroom and a striking owner's suite, which includes a refreshed bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub, and enormous walk-in shower. The downstairs features office (or 4th bedroom!), formal dining, eat in kitchen and living room with fireplace. You'll appreciate spending time in the cavernous backyard complete with a fire pit and grille. The home is equipped with a whole home water filtration system and comes with plenty of room to have space for all of your family and friends!

The location of Ebert-Artis Cottage really can't be beat. You'll be able to conveniently walk to all the exceptional stores and eateries that Downtown Wilmington has to offer. The Riverwalk is only a few blocks away as well. You're close enough to get all the benefits of downtown but in a peaceful location away from all the hustle and bustle.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, porch, and yard space. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

Sticking to a rental budget:

  • To book the most suitable rental for your budget, we suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall.   • Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
