Bed Linens:
Linens and towels are supplied for your stay; however, the beds are not made by the cleaners. A set of clean linens will be folded and placed in each bedroom for your convenience.

Pet Fee:
If you decide to bring your furry friend along, there is a Pet Fee of $50 per stay for 1 dog. We have on the premises a dog crate and bed for your animal’s use as well as pet essentials (bowls and bags for cleanup).

No Smoking on Property:
Smoking/vaping/incense are NOT allowed inside the home.

No Parties/Events:

Paid Parking at the Beach:
From April 1st through September 30th, Oak Island enacts paid parking via the Otto Connect App. Directions are supplied at applicable beach locations.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Oak Island Lighthouse and Bald Head Island Lighthouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and 57th Place West Access Park. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Southport restaurants and activities.
