Linens and towels are included for your stay; however, the beds are not made by the cleaners. A set of clean linens will be folded and placed in each bedroom for your convenience.

If you decide to bring your furry friend along, there is a Pet Fee of $50 per stay for 1 dog. We have on the premises a dog crate and bed for your animal’s use as well as pet essentials (bowls and bags for cleanup).

No Smoking on Property:
Smoking/vaping/incense are NOT allowed inside the home.

No Parties/Events:
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Paid Parking at the Beach:
From April 1st through September 30th, Oak Island enacts paid parking via the Otto Connect App. Directions are supplied at applicable beach locations.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and 57th Place West Access Park. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. How to get the best rental home value:

  • Summer is high season in Oak Island. To get the best rental home for your budget, we suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection.
