Sands V is a incredible oceanfront condominium complex with a gorgeous outdoor pool. Unit 3A is an Oceanside unit and offers charming expansive vistas of the ocean and direct beach access…..just walk down the steps and you’re right there! A very clean and uncrowded stretch of Carolina Beach awaits!

2br/2ba condo has an additional enormous deck with access from both the Master bedroom and Living room with fantastic vistas of the beach/ocean from the top/3rd floor. New outdoor bar-height captain chairs and pub height table offer unspoiled ocean and sunset vistas.

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, full private bath, and sliding glass doors to the deck. You can lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the ocean. The second bedroom has two twin beds, full bathroom and its own patio overlooking the sizable outdoor pool.

Free WiFi and cable in unit. Flat screen TVs in living room and master bedroom with cable and DVD players (also Netflix/Hulu/Pandora access on living room TV). When to book & When to go:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Carolina Beach. To book the largest rental home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
