Beach toys, beach chairs and an umbrella are included for your convenience in the storage room downstairs. Seasonal pool is open for a fast dip after the beach. Sit on the deck and appreciate the summer fireworks every Thursday nighttime. This is the ideal location for your vacation! Walk across the street to the lake and savor taking a walk to enjoy the wildlife or pedal a boat. Family movies are shown (peak season) every Sunday evening at the lake. Walk to eateries, the amusement park or the Boardwalk; all within a few blocks. Get a donut at the famed Britt's Donuts (seasonal) or an ice cream at Squigley's. About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on a lake. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting.

Sticking to a spending plan:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Carolina Beach. To get the largest rental within your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Southport attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

  • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to propel future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
