Unwind or fish as you watch the boats and wild life go by in this private setting. This also has a handsome backyard pool, so when you are tired of playing in the sand, you can savor a fast dip or even an simple calming day by the pool. Recently refreshed offering new luxury vinyl plank floor throughout, new quartz kitchen countertops with a striking backsplash, all new stainless steal appliances and a bright new paint color throughout the entire home to give it an updated and fresh, beachy look. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home has an inverted floor plan that offers an open concept kitchen and living area on the 2nd level with a convenient ½ bath. The kitchen has Stainless Steel appliances, a flat top stove, and a separate ice maker. The dining area seats 8 and 3 more at the kitchen bar top. Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.
