Close proximity to Ocean Isle Beach, Calabash, Little River, and Myrtle Beach.

If your interest is the beach, the flat sandy beach is great for swimming, surfing, shelling, walking, running or cycling.

If your interest is golf, Sea trail is home to three signature golf courses. In addition to golf, there are two clubhouses with full-service golf stores, range, putting greens, lounges and dining.

There are also tennis and pickleball courts within Sea Trail.

If your interest is fishing, opportunities for beach, pier and charter boats are everywhere.

50% deposit due at booking, 25% due 30 days before check in, and balance due at check-in. $500 Refundable Damage deposit. The Osprey Ridge HOA requires a minimum stay of 30 days. Units less than 90 days are subject to local and state taxes totalling 12.75% - 4.75 state General Sales Tax, 1% Brunswick County Accommodation tax, 2% Brunswick County General Sales Tax, and 5% Town of Sunset Beach Accommodation tax.

  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
