If your interest is the beach, the flat sandy beach is great for swimming, surfing, shelling, walking, running or cycling.

If your interest is golf, Sea trail is home to three signature golf courses. In addition to golf, there are two clubhouses with full-service golf stores, range, putting greens, lounges and dining.

There are also tennis and pickleball courts within Sea Trail.

If your interest is fishing, opportunities for beach, pier and charter boats are everywhere.

The master bedroom has a king bed.

At the Village Activity Center you can cool off at the pool, be soaking in a hot tub or warming up in the sauna! Appreciate a yoga class too! The Sea Trail Village Activity Center with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, whirlpools, bicycle units, and exercise classes is available at a nominal price.

50% deposit due at booking, 25% due 30 days before check in, and balance due at check-in. $500 Refundable Damage deposit. The Osprey Ridge HOA requires a minimum stay of 30 days. Units less than 90 days are subject to local and state taxes totalling 12.75% - 4.75 state General Sales Tax, 1% Brunswick County Accommodation tax, 2% Brunswick County General Sales Tax, and 5% Town of Sunset Beach Accommodation tax.

Book your Southport rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. • The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.

• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
• Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would at home.
• Re-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
• Leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to drive new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review.
