Very neat and attractively decorated lower unit. Appreciate ocean, pool, and tennis court vistas from the back deck as you dine at the bistro table or swing in the porch swing. This unit has all the modern amenities including wireless internet and three flat screen TV's (TV in both bedrooms). Book it and appreciate heaven. Savor the amenities of the pool, tennis court, grille and private beach access.

Bed linens included (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly units. No Towels supplied can be rented.

RVs, Boats, Trailers, Golf Carts, Electric Motor Vehicles and similar items are not allowed in the Captain’s Villas parking lot. Renters are not allowed to invite guests to use the Captain’s Villas amenities (pool, tennis courts, private beach access). Conveniences are only for renters actually staying at Captain’s Villas.

You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers often offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance.   • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
