Welcome to your ideal oceanside getaway! This striking oceanview home offers modern amenities and comfortable spaces, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. Parking for one car is supplied, and the home’s layout is thoughtfully designed to accommodate families or groups. Appreciate pretty ocean vistas from the living room balcony or the private balcony off the master suite.

The main living area on the second floor features cozy seating with two appreciate seats, a couch, and a Intelligent TV for entertainment. Step out onto the balcony with seating for four to appreciate fresh ocean breezes. The adjacent kitchen and dining area include a table for six, counter seating for three, and modern appliances like a refrigerator with an ice maker, flat-top stove, and drip coffee maker—ideal for preparing meals and gathering together. A convenient half bath completes the second floor.

Upstairs, the third-floor master suite offers a king bed, Intelligent TV, and a private balcony with gorgeous ocean vistas. **Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted one parking space, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two cars or for cars that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes.

Families can savor a walk or fishing at the historic Kure Beach Pier, one of the oldest on the East Coast, or discover local history at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, where kids can roam the remains of a Civil War fort. Nearby, the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher offers hands-on exhibits and fascinating marine life. Outdoor enthusiasts will adore Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, with its beach access, fishing, and breathtaking trails.
