This enchanting South Beach Island getaway features 5 bedroom and 4.5 bath. You will be welcomed by a deep covered front porch which will be the site of many afternoon naps and sunset viewing. As you enter, this reverse floor plan home you will find gleaming wood floors setting the stage for a huge vacation. The first floor has a delightful sitting room/kids room/TV den which leads you to a private Queen suite with a full bath. As the sunlight streams through the windows, wander to the other side of the hall and you will find two more enormous bedrooms. The first offers a Queen bed and the second offers two Twin beds both rooms accessing a sizable full hall bath. Grand constructed-in's and closets provide tons of space for all your needs. The laundry room is also conveniently located on this level.

Upstairs, the cavernous open floor plan is highlighted by a beamed ceiling and walls of windows bringing in bright sunshine. The generous living area features blue seascapes, a gas fireplace and accesses both the water-facing screened porch and the covered front rocking-chair porch. You'll be spending tons of time on both watching breaking waves. The multi-chef kitchen also lets you savor spectacular vistas and is equipped with stainless appliances and plenty of counter space and storage-including alluring glass-fronted cabinets. Totally outfitted, including, an Insta-Pot, crock pot. double ovens, and gourmet cookware, the chef in your family will have tons of fun creating memorial meals for all.

From here, you can step onto the screened porch or into the close by window-sided dining area which has two tables and perimeter bench seating. Tucked into both ends of this floor are two Queen Suites. The first, down a peaceful hall, provides egress to two more porches-a side porch off the hall (ideal for morning coffee) and a dune-directed covered back porch-ideal for nature-watching. From its four-poster Rice bed to its own TV den to its spa-like bath, this suite pampers. On the other end of this level, another luminous Queen suite indulges with front porch access, ocean panoramas, a huge walk-in and a full en suite. A half bath is also on this floor and a sleeper couch provide for overflow guests. This home provides both ocean vistas great sunsets and tons of privacy as well.

Life outside is where the true BHI adventures happen, and this home provides great toys for all ages. Two 4 passenger golf carts will carry you around to appreciate all that the island has to offer.
