This home was completely remodeled in 2021 to provide your sizable group the ideal island hideaway. Even better, when you are ready to hit the beach, the public access is just four homes down the street!

You will immediately notice this handsome home as you pull up and be even more impressed when you walk around back to find the private pool that can be heated upon request.

Walk into the living area that provides plenty of seating surrounding the flat screen TV. The living area leads you to the dining room and refreshed kitchen area which features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

The main floor features two bedrooms each equipped with flat screen TVs with steaming capability. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom with a huge walk-in shower.

Upstairs you will find five more bedrooms accepting everybody to have a space to hideaway and rest after a long, fun day on the beach and in the pool. Each upstairs bedroom is complete with a flat screen TV with streaming capabilities.

If you are looking for an extended beach hideaway, this home is available for off-season monthly units.

Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Farhenheit and warmer.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.

When to book & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the most suitable rental within budget, we suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Some property managers offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
