Located in the exclusive Pointe West Community, you'll have access to private & public community beach access (a fast 3-min. walk), an intracoastal waterway trail, and a day dock. Appreciate vistas of the marsh, wildlife (herons, egrets & deer), boats passing by on the waterway, and taking in the ocean breeze. Savor swimming in the pool at nighttime with handsome colored pool lights. Enjoy all the island vistas from the many covered porches and the screened-in porch off the master on the main floor.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and multiple bedrooms, ensuring a restful nighttime's sleep for everybody. Unwind in the comfortable living room equipped with a 75-inch TV, ideal for movie nights after a day of fun in the sun. Spread out and savor watching tv upstairs in a second living area. All bedrooms have intelligent TVs, closets, and fans. All bathrooms have double vanities. A tankless water heater means no fear of cold showers with a home full of family and friends! A private walk to the beach access is directly across from the home. Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities including two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry & dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and lotion. Your beds are pre-made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket. While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that top bunk beds & sleeper couch will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them. Bath towels and washcloths are also included.

Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
