This condo is a result of appreciate of the Sunset Beach area. We purchased this special property because of its location, size and view. This is a roomy, newly remodeled luxury condo that features a great view of the 16th green on the Willard Byrd course and is 5 mins. from the beach. The dining area has new table seating for 4 and bar seating for 4. The living room features new couch, adore seat, bench , accent tables , a 55” intelligent tv and sliding glass doors to a furnished screen porch. High speed internet is included.
The adjoining mini suite features 2 queen size beds , a kitchenette with quartz countertops , a full size refrigerator , mini microwave , new seating area , intelligent tv with Roku and full tile bath with tub/shower combo.

Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and near the beach. Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island. Planet Fun and Molten Mountain are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
